• Inbound Handling: Receive incoming calls and address customer inquiries professionally
• Product Explanation: Clearly explain company products/services and offers to customers
• Lead Generation: Identify interested customers and generate qualified leads
2. Sales & Follow-up
• Conversion: Convert leads into sales or appointments as per company targets
• Follow-up: Regular follow-up with customers to maintain engagement and close deals
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets
• Cross-selling: Promote additional products/services when applicable
3. Data Management & Reporting
• Call Records: Maintain accurate records of all calls and conversations
• CRM Update: Update customer data in CRM or Excel sheets regularly
• Reporting: Submit daily/weekly performance reports to the reporting manager
4. Customer Support & Coordination
• Query Resolution: Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Coordination: Work closely with the sales/field team for smooth operations
• Customer Relationship: Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients
