Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process

Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Conduct employee onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Support employee engagement and workplace discipline
Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements
Ensure company HR policies and compliance are followed
Prepare HR reports and maintain databases
