The Production Department is responsible for managing and supervising the manufacturing and assembly process of EV vehicles and related components. The team ensures smooth production operations, quality standards, timely delivery, and workplace safety.

Handle day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.

Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.

Monitor assembly and manufacturing processes of EV vehicles and components.

Maintain product quality standards during production.

Coordinate with the Quality Control and Store departments for material availability and inspection.

Operate and supervise machinery, tools, and production equipment safely.

Maintain production reports and daily work records.

Identify production issues and report them to senior management.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.

Follow company safety policies and workplace discipline.

Reduce production downtime and improve efficiency.

Support inventory management and stock handling when required.

Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the production area.

Assist in implementing process improvements and productivity enhancement activities.

Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine servicing and repairs.
