GOEEN Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager – B2C to lead and develop retail sales operations in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2C sales, customer handling, team management, lead conversion, and two-wheeler/automobile sales.

Candidates with a background in Hero, Honda, Bajaj, Hyundai, or other established automobile/two-wheeler companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute B2C sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to customer conversion and vehicle delivery.
• Handle walk-in customers, enquiries, follow-ups, demonstrations, negotiations, and closures.
• Generate new customer leads through field activities, referrals, local marketing, and digital leads.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Allocate leads to sales executives and monitor lead conversion regularly.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Promote GOEEN electric two-wheelers and effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and financing options.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, offers, and market strategies.
• Coordinate with service, finance, administration, and delivery teams for smooth customer fulfilment.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, lead-status reports, and performance updates for management.
• Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers until final conversion.
• Identify new B2C sales opportunities and develop the local market.
