The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and dealer development background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the electric vehicle industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute dealer network strategies to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to boost sales and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns promoting electric vehicles.
• Work with engineering and operations to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of the automobile industry, preferably electric vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
